Leadership Trust

Could trust be the secret to unlocking your team’s true potential?

The Five Dysfunctions of a Team was first published by Patrick Lencioni in 2002, but it’s lessons are as relevant today as they were then. His model of teamwork describes Trust as the foundation of every great team. This has a knock-on effect on honest debate, commitment, accountability and ultimately results. Lack of trust has exactly the opposite effect.

If you haven’t seen this one in a while, it’s worth having another look. Then ask yourself, how are you building trust with your team?
